Sandra Felix - BAS & BArch ( Wits) is a founding managing member and heads the architecture and interiors department. She is passionate about sustainable design, and has tutored at Wits University.
She is also interested in confronting gender specific stereotypes in architecture and construction , and has run seminars for emerging women building contractors for Khuthaza (Women for Housing) since 2006.
She has participated in the SABC's Architecture insert on Weekend Live, discussing "Circa" one of her favourite buildings in Johannesburg.

Greenbrick Design undertakes all types of architectural projects, from small residential alterations and additions to hotel refurbishments and new office blocks. We give a professional and dedicated architects' service to every client from private clients to corporate clients.
We are registered professional architects, and offer a partial or full scope of service, based on the Standard Client Architect Agreement issued by SAIA. There are 5 stages to that architects' service and each stage is broken down to ensure clarity and enable the client to define the stages required. These stages are more defined than those listed in the Standard Architect- Client Agreement , and are described in the Breakdown of Stages. The fees are based on the Standard Gazetted Rates, and are percentages of estimated building costs.
